Fall Horseback Riding Education

About the Program

oin us Wednesdays from 3:30–5:30 PM for an introduction to the wonderful world of horses!

This small-group program is designed for children who are new to horseback riding or looking to build a strong foundation in horsemanship. With 6–10 children per class, every participant will have individual riding time while also learning the essential skills that make great horsemen and horsewomen.

Throughout each session, children will learn:

  • Grooming and caring for horses

  • Catching, haltering, and leading

  • Basic horse safety and handling

  • Horseback riding fundamentals

  • Confidence and communication around horses

While one group is riding, the others will rotate through engaging farm activities. Children may groom and bond with the horses, help with horse care, or spend time exploring our farm and visiting the other animals through our after-school program. This keeps everyone actively learning and enjoying their time on the farm from start to finish.

At The Giggling Life, we believe horsemanship is about much more than riding. Horses have an incredible way of teaching patience, responsibility, confidence, resilience, and trust. Our goal is to help each child develop not only equine skills but also life skills they can carry with them long after they leave the farm.

Whether your child dreams of becoming a rider or simply wants to experience the joy of being around horses, this program offers a fun, encouraging, and supportive place to begin.
